I’ve always appreciated how reliable they are. The entire time I’ve been going there, they’ve never canceled an appointment. I’ve been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn’t notice anything. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. I love getting my hair washed at this salon. My stylist even massages my scalp during the wash, It feels amazing! I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

I love Cuttin up! I have been going there since 2007. They have everything I need, hair, nails, tanning and a piercer all in one place! I could spend the whole day there 🙂

I have been to this salon many times and been very happy with them. Sonja does a great job with hair. I have also used them for my nose peircing and was very happy with it.

Sonja from CUTTIN UP STUDIO pierced my 10 year old daughters ears, she did a great job and is fast and accurate. She also cuts my hair and colored it, she is very good at what she does, I would highly recommend her.

I love to tan at Sonja shop she ROCK’s it’s close by, everyone knows ya which I love that too, it’s nice an laid back here I’ve been going for years!!!LOV

I am new to the area, and was at work having a conversation with a colleague about my hair and nails looking for any recommendations and she told me to go to cuttin up studio. I want to say , I made a call and had a short conversation with Sonja about my hair and with confidence I booked an appointment. My first impression was wow when pulled in the parking lot and seen the windows as I walked in I was greeted promptly, as I was waiting I was looking and listening. I want to say what a nice place it felt good to be there. To add to my confidence I watched Sonja with the client she was with conduct herself in a well professional manner so I couldn’t wait. To cut this short I sat in that chair and and walked out with a three color weave and a cut to die for. I couldn’t believe the price well under the 150-200 dolors that I used to pay. Let me tell you a thing; I don’t make updates like this very often but today has been a winning day and restored my faith just a little bit in the world around me. I am fat. If you know me, you know this. You either love me despite it or it doesn’t really cross your mind. The world is not like the people who love me, the world is mean and hateful, and judgmental and the fear of that judgment and believing in that judgment has kept me living half a life for a really long time. Today I felt a little brave, I felt a little like stepping outside of my shell; and here is the thing that happened. I met the sweetest lady who happens to be a fabulous stylist to boot. Not only did she reassure me that my being fat wouldn’t be a problem but encouraged me to come see her salon before I made my appointment to be sure /I/ would be comfortable. Sometimes you have a thing happen to you at exactly the right time, where you meet someone who makes you feel a little more secure that the world doesn’t just set out to break us. It mended my heart a little bit. Sonja at Cuttin Up is amazing. And now I will stop rambling.

Sonia is AMAZING! I have been coming to her for years. She has done multiple piercings on me  , Shes very professional and personable. I will continue going to her for years to come! I highly recommend if you need any piercing work done to go to her!

Great service! Such a welcoming environment and TOTALLY reasonable prices! After being denied servuce at a Tattoo and Piercing Shop becauae tjey didn’t do buttom belly buttom piercing I went here and had no problem getting what I want! LOVE IT. Piercing, Nails, Tanning and Hair all a girl needs in life. I would definitely recommend

I was satisfied with my beauty treatment. I liked what they did and will be going back. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I feel like they always have a special going on every time I visit. Even if I don’t bring in a coupon the staff will inform me of the promotions they have going on so that I can save money. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I’ve never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I have been going to Cuttin-Up salon for about 15 years. Sonja does an amazing job every time she does my hair. I can call last minute and she always gets me. She’s not just some hairdresser, she takes her time she always ask you if” that’s how you want it”. I also love the fact that her family is there sometimes, its nice to see. I would recommend this salon to anyone!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was satisfied with my beauty treatment. I liked what they did and will be going back. My stylist made sure to cover my clothes completely during my styling. I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment at all. They called me back within ten minutes. The equipment they used was very advanced. It was safe and well taken care of.

Always leave here smiling. My best friend and I have our acrylics done by Kathryn every 2 weeks and they are continuously flawless. Even my oddball requests are met with exceptional results. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a chill environment and a tech that is willing to go the extra mile. ❤

They are great! Super understanding got my belly button pierced. If you have worries you can talk to them and they will help you. Super convenient and the piercer is super nice. Also they do everything! All your girly needs in one convenient location smile emoticon

Amazing quick and almost painless I had my nipples pierced this weekend it was very nice to have a nice person come first and distract from the pain furthermore she made sure double triple and even quadruple checked that the piercing was going to be perfect and straight she was piercing she kept me distracted and went very quickly

I think that Jenny and Katie And Sonja are not only great artists and business women, they are truly the dream team! I can’t think of any other place to go where I feel like I’m home away from home. My two favorite days of the month are the days I’m getting my nails done. They greet everyone that walks in the salon with a warm welcome, they are all down to earth and run a tight ship.

Sonja is very kind, personable and efficient and my hair looks fabulous. Witnessed a 6 year old get her ears pierced without a squint of an eye, very professional. I get my nails done by Dusti, I certainly gave her a challenge when we first met having to correct another persons work. Awesome job every time, she will take the time and give you what your looking for and is willing to work with your schedule and get you an appointment in a timely manner. As the rest of the staff they have always been polite…highly recommended salon

This salon is definitely underrated! I get my hair cut, and colored by Sonja. You can tell she has been in the business for a long time by Her welcoming, and professionalism that is well above any salon i have been to! She listens intently to my ideas, and concerns with my hair. I have never been even Slightly disappointed. Katie does my nails. She is always open to my outlandish nail art ideas! She will do anything i ask with success!! My nails never fall off, and look freshly done even after 3 weeks. The best part of this salon is walking in, and feeling like family with these genuine woman. I definitely recommend this salon to the young, and the young at heart!

I absolutely love Cuttin Up Studio, it is my favorite Salon. The prices are definitely affordable especially compared to the other salons in Medford. Got my nails done today by Kathryn and I absolutely love them! My roommate and I have been going here for a little over a month and they are wonderful. Very friendly and all they are like a family from what I have seen. Sonja did a dermal piercing for my today also and I love it!! Of course it hurt but she was great and it went quick. Love these ladies!
